Tiffany Whitehouse, Esq., RN is a personal injury attorney at Andrew Pickett Law who brings a rare dual perspective to the firm’s clients. As both a Registered Nurse and a plaintiff’s attorney, Tiffany understands injuries from both the medical and legal sides, an advantage that allows her to quickly evaluate cases, interpret complex medical records, and build compelling claims on behalf of those who have been injured.
A longtime Brevard County resident, Tiffany has proudly called the community home for more than 20 years. Her academic drive began early when she became the first student to graduate from Space Coast Jr./Sr. High School with both a high school diploma and an associate’s degree through the school’s dual enrollment program.
After graduating from the University of Central Florida in 2009, Tiffany earned her nursing degree and began caring for patients at Wuesthoff Medical Center in Rockledge, Florida. During her time as a nurse, she worked closely with patients and their families during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. That experience instilled in her a deep commitment to advocacy, compassion, and clear communication, qualities that continue to define her work as a personal injury attorney.
In 2016, Tiffany earned a full-tuition scholarship to attend Florida A&M University College of Law, where she graduated early with Magna Cum Laude honors. She was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2019 and began her legal career as an Assistant Public Defender in the 18th Judicial Circuit. In that role, she developed strong trial skills while representing individuals in cases ranging from misdemeanors to first-degree felonies.
Tiffany has also held legal positions with Chief Counsel at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center and with NBCUniversal, where she worked on contractual agreements related to the development of the company’s theme park in Beijing.
After transitioning into personal injury law, Tiffany’s medical background became an invaluable asset to the clients she represents. Her ability to understand injuries, treatment plans, and long-term medical impacts allows her to present cases with clarity and credibility. Before joining Andrew Pickett Law, she gained valuable experience advocating for injured clients at Morgan & Morgan, P.A.
