Meet Bailey Shadburn

Bailey Shadburn is a litigation attorney focused on personal injury law. She is dedicated to advocating for individuals who have been harmed and guiding clients through complex legal matters with clarity, responsiveness, and compassion.

Bailey earned her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2016, where she developed a strong foundation in legal research, writing, and courtroom advocacy. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida in 2008 with a degree in criminology and a minor in leadership, an experience that shaped her disciplined work ethic and commitment to excellence.

Prior to joining the firm, Bailey gained valuable courtroom experience at the Public Defender’s Office, where she handled a broad range of cases from misdemeanors to felonies, strengthening her trial and advocacy skills. She later worked at Morgan & Morgan, representing clients in personal injury matters and further refining her ability to manage complex cases while maintaining a client-centered approach.

Bailey is a member of the Brevard County Young Lawyers division as well as the Brevard County Bar Association. Bailey approaches each case with diligence and determination, working to achieve meaningful results for those she represents.

She was elected President of the Brevard County Bar’s Young Lawyer’s division for the 2022-2023 year. She was also selected as the recipient of the Young Lawyer’s Division’s Professionalism Award in 2023.

Outside of her legal career, Bailey enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their four children, who keep life both busy and rewarding. Much of her free time is centered around family activities, whether that’s cheering from the sidelines at her son’s baseball games, exploring new places together, or simply enjoying a relaxing evening at home, as rarely as those occur. She also has a love for traveling and values the opportunity to experience new cultures, destinations, and perspectives whenever possible. These personal interests reflect the same energy, curiosity, and commitment she brings to her work and relationships every day.
